On June 14, Tenglong Technology Group Co., Ltd. officially submitted the filing documents to the Wujin Bureau of Commerce and applied for the acquisition of two companies in France and Poland.

The two companies were originally wholly-owned subsidiaries of Industrial Manufacturing Company International LLC., specializing in the production of flexible automotive joints, high-pressure pipes, plastic pipes and small-diameter corrugated pipes, as well as expansion joints and exhaust gas recirculation devices. Both are among the industry's leading technology companies in the world with a stable customer base in Europe.

Tenglong Technology Group Co., Ltd. is one of the parent companies of Changzhou Tenglong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a listed company in Wujin District. In October 2017, it established Tenglong Automotive Components (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong; in December 2017, it acquired a company in Hong Kong; in March 2018, it established Tenglong (Poland) Co., Ltd. in Poland; and this month, the group once again invested in the acquisition of two European companies.

With the accelerated expansion overseas, Tenglong’s strength will continue to increase, which will further boost the overall improvement of automotive manufacturing in Wujin.
