On August 19, it was learned from Changzhou Rail Transit Development Co., Ltd. that Metro Line 1 will be put into trial operation at the end of September.

The north terminal station of Metro Line 1 is Forest Park in Xinbei district and the south terminal station is Nanxiashu in Wujin district.

There are 29 stations on Metro Line 1:

Forest Park, Xinlong, Tourism and Commerce Institute, Xinqiao, Changzhou North Railway Station, Beijiao High School, Foreign Language School, Global Harbor, Xinqu Park, Hehai, Olympic Sports Center, Citizens' Square, Cuizhu, Changzhou Railway Station, Boai Lu, Cultural Palace, Tongjiqiao, Qingliang Temple, Chashan, Juhu Lu, Hutang, Xintiandi Park, Changhong Lu, Yanzheng Dadao, Kejiaocheng Bei, Kejiaocheng Nan, Wujin Yanjiang Railway Station, Yanghu Lu, and Nanxiashu.
