According to the policy issued by the Customs of Changzhou on August 1st, inspection and examination will be practiced by categories according to the credibility and performance of law-abiding of enterprises. For companies with a credibility level of double A, they will only be inspected randomly with little probability. There is hardly any interval between declaration and green light for cargoes of such companies. At present, there are overall 15 enterprises with the credibility level of double A, including Trina Solar, EGing PV, V&M Tubes, Dahua Import & Export Company, etc.

Starting from August 15th, Changzhou CIQ (Changzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine) will stop carrying out export commodity inspection on the general industrial products under the 1507 customs commodity code entries.The foreign trade enterprises in Changhzou being beneficial from this are mainly involved in electro-mechanics, light and textile industry, and common packing, etc. This provision alone can help the relevant enterprises save 45 million yuan a year.
