On the afternoon of June 20, the CND Industrial Internet (Huawei Cloud) Innovation Center was unveiled in Changzhou National High-Tech District. Party Secretary Wang Quan attended the event and delivered a speech.

Xu Wenwei, director of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and president of the Institute of Strategic Research at Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd., and city leaders Zhou Bin and Fang Guoqiang were also present at the event.

In his speech, Wang Quan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Huawei for its long-term care for the development of Changzhou. He said that the Industrial Internet Innovation Center jointly established by Changzhou National High-Tech District and Huawei is one of the important achievements of the 2019 World Industrial and Energy Internet Expo. It will provide a good platform for Changzhou to build a hot spot of industrial and energy Internet development and for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their applications of next-generation information technology.

It is learned that CND Industrial Internet (Huawei Cloud) Innovation Center is the first industrial Internet innovation center in the Yangtze River Delta. The goal for the next three years is to help over 1,000 companies connect to the Cloud and foster more than 50 best-in-class companies of industrial Internet. In terms of personnel training, the CCIT-Huawei Industrial Internet Talent Base has been jointly established by Changzhou College of Information Technology and Huawai Technologies Co., Ltd. with the goal of training 10,000 industrial Internet talents annually.
