In the recently closed Hong Kong International Tea Fair 2017, the “Yinxiang Tianmu” (Impression of Tianmu Lake) white tea of Jiangsu Yinxiang Tianmu Tea Co., Ltd. was awarded as one of the top three green teas in the international tea ceremony competition.

The annual Hong Kong International Tea Fair takes place at the HKCEC, offering a wide range of tea leaves, processed tea and tea products, tea packaging, teaware, tea technology and other tea-related products to buyers from all over the world. This year, 220 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions attended the fair.

White tea may refer to one of several styles of tea which generally feature young or minimally processed leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. White tea is not rolled or oxidized, resulting in a flavour characterized as "lighter" than green or traditional black teas.

The “Yinxiang Tianmu” white tea is produced in the tea plantation seated by the Tianmu Lake with abundant rainfall, plenty of sunshine and no pollution. The lustrous snowy-white Tianmuhu tea exudes a soothing aroma and a tantalizing aftertaste.
