On the morning of July 24, Lin Zixiong, director of Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Exchange Center of Chienkuo Technology University, and Dr. Wang Junjie from the Department of Automation Engineering and Institute of Mechatronoptic Systems  visited Changzhou Textile Garment Institute. The two sides achieved an initial intent of cooperation on student and teacher exchange programs.

Chienkuo Technology University (CTU) was initially established in October 1965 as Chienkuo Commercial Junior College. It is a private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Changhua (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Changhua County. The university awards degree in business and social sciences, language and culture, engineering, science and technology. Internationally Chienkuo Technology University university ranked 7762 in the world.
